After 14 years of working within the local community teaching fitness classes and hot yoga, she obtained her BC Registered Massage Therapy designation in 2019. Kristi’s style of massage blends swedish and therapeutic techniques including myofascial release and trigger point therapy. She encourages her clients to take an active role in their health and recovery.
You can find Kristi in the Movement Studio for a mobility & yoga classes on Wednesday & Thursdays!

She is still taking new clients however you must contact her to book at 250-432-9009. The MAXIMUM booking is 1 appointment every 2 weeks. (Unless booked in Clinic for a specific injury). If you book within the 2 weeks or if you are a new client and book subsequent your appointment will be Cancelled.
